Student Representative Committee
What does the Student Representative Committee (SRC) do?
The SRC on each campus is responsible for enriching the student experience on and off campus. The SRC is student run and works with Campus Management and Phoenix Central staff. It also represents the student voice on the USQ Student Forum, which determines the allocation of your Student Amenities Fees.
• Represents USQ students and ensures that they are part of the campus decision-making process
• Plays an important part in the social activities of campus life, and plans and promote sporting, community and cultural events• Inspires students to debate and take action on issues ranging from social awareness to the environment

How to be on the SRC?
Nominations to gain a position on the SRC are open yearly. The next formal nomination round will be held in August 2015 where all positions will be advertised.
Positions that are advertised as vacant can be applied for prior to this date by directly contacting each SRC. You need to state which position you would like to apply for an supply a nomination statement outlining why you should be an SRC member. The SRC will then contact you and let you know if your application has been successful.
