Note
- All presenting authors will be expected to pay the registration fee by 31 August 2009 in order to have their papers published in the conference proceedings.
- Proof of full-time student status is required for student registration. Please attach a copy of your student ID to the registration form.
- Registration does not include conference dinner.
- Maximum of two papers can be presented for full registration and one for student registration or day registration.
