Applications are invited to fill a vacancy for a Student Relationship Officer at USQ’s exciting new campus at Springfield. The Student Relationship Officer is responsible for supporting the activity of the Student Management Division and USQ through the provision of high quality administrative support and customer service directed towards providing information, advice and support to enrolled students and staff of the University. The Student Relationship Officer disseminates accurate information by responding to telephone, fax, letter, email and counter enquiries relating to programs and student support services offered at USQ Springfield Campus. The role involves supporting student re-enrolment, assisting students with general administration enquires and management of student relationship for specified student cohorts.

The Student Relationship Officer works as part of the student and academic support teams and is the primary Campus contact for student enquiries and will be available without appointment to handle general or administrative queries for students and follow-up more complex and/or sensitive enquiries referred to Faculty student support or other Student Management Division teams.

Appointment is available on a full-time continuing basis.

Applicants should have completed a relevant Certificate IV level qualification with work experience in a busy office environment or front line service delivery, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/ training. A high level of computer literacy, effective written and oral communication skills, time management, behavioural flexibility and a high level of customer service skills are also required.
