Methods of supporting our online (distance) students to improve your experience, includes:

  • Our Online Communities - Our Facebook and Twitter communities provide an insight into how our current students juggle work, family and life commitment.
  • The Learning Centre  - A team dedicated to helping you build your confidence and skills in writing and reading, mathematics and study strategies avaliable online, on the phone or face to face.
  • The Library's online student services - To make sure that you can access information wherever you are, the Library's online student services is available to assist you.
  • Off-campus Bookshop - The latest information on textbooks required for all your studies, including price and availability, is provided by the Bookshop.
  • Student Services - Here to assist you with your learning journey, career options, adjusting to university life and supporting your personal and health needs including: counselling, disability support, careers education, employability programs, financial assistance, health services, accommodation and welfare support.
  • Student Relationship Officers - Our Student Relationship Officers (SROs) are dedicated to helping you reach your goals, get you through the challenging spots, and celebrate your successes. From assisting you in choosing and applying for a program, through to being there with you throughout your learning journey with us, SROs are available to help you.
  • Ask USQAsk USQ is a web-based, self-serve facility that helps you to find answers to common questions in your own time, 24/7. You can find specific and related answers to your questions by accessing answers to questions previously asked by other students, or you can ask a question or submit a request.
