Creating adaptive leadership

Overview

No ideal type of leadership exists. Doing leadership is different from learning about leadership. The adaptive leader creates profit-making opportunities. Adaptive leaders "do" leadership by creating ambidextrous cultures that move beyond leadership styles and theories by better responding to internal and external change. In this course, we will learn how to match leadership responses to organisational culture, how leaders use narrative and storytelling to motivate workers, why authentic collective behaviour leads to shared ideas, and how leaders should respond to constant change through creating thinking. Join us as we navigate why leaders can be change disruptors than change reactors, how to align internal exploitation with external exploration, and how to create an innovative adaptive learning environment.
