Joining USQ

Once you have formally accepted a position at USQ, we will contact you to discuss arrangements for your first day. You will be sent employment paperwork which must be completed and returned to the Human Resources Department prior to commencing work with us.


If the position requires you to relocate to the Toowoomba, Springfield or Ipswich regions you may be eligible for financial assistance towards your relocation expenses. 

Offers of employment to overseas applicants are subject to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection granting approval for Permanent Residency or an appropriate temporary work visa to cover the period of employment. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with the Australian immigration requirements as early as possible. Please contact Human Resources to discuss your circumstances.

Induction and onboarding

To help you settle in, you will be invited to participate in our induction program. This includes a face-to-face orientation and networking program, along with a series of online inductions to assist you in transitioning into your role and understanding your obligations as an employee of USQ.
