Group roles and responsibilities
Roles in groups
Specific groups may have dedicated roles in particular areas, but generally assigned structured roles will include:
- chairperson/facilitator/team Leader
- recorder/note-keeper/minute taker
- time-keeper.
Individuals may also adopt additional supportive roles that aid the group’s function and progress.
