Out of time:
- Use brief notes or point form. Outline steps to solve problem. Leave space to return.
Unexpected question or mind goes blank:
- Relax. Think: who, what, when, how.
- Brain storm. List what you know and anything related. Reword the question to get started.
- Write something and move on.
