When do I have to pay?
USQ will email an invoice, which includes payment due dates. Full schedules of payment dates are available below:
- Self-catered residents (PDF 107KB)
- 21 meal package catered residents (PDF 107KB)
- 14 meal package catered residents (PDF 107KB)
- 7 meal package catered residents (PDF 107KB)
If you do not pay by the due date, an overdue notice will be issued and a non-refundable $100 administrative fee will be charged.
If your fees are overdue by 14 days or more, or have breached the conditions of an extension of time to pay, you will be referred to USQ’s debt collection agency. Additionally, cancellation or restrictions may be applied to your enrolment if your fees are not paid on time.
Extension of time to pay
If you are unable to make payment of your account by the due date, you can apply for an extension using the form located on your Resident Student Portal.
This form must be received by the College Office before the due date indicated on your invoice.
Please also note that submission of this form does not automatically grant a payment extension; the Finance Officer will advise an outcome, once the Director has reviewed your proposed plan.
