We understand that throughout your studies you may have problems or concerns that will need to be addressed. UniSQ is committed to providing access to a fair and impartial complaint and appeal resolution process. This process is detailed in the Student Grievance Resolution Policy, Student Grievance Resolution Procedure and the Student Appeals Procedure.

The Student Grievance Resolution Unit:

  • provides students with advice about the student grievance policy and procedures, and information on how to lodge a complaint, review or appeal
  • manages the central lodgement point for formal complaints, requests for review and appeal applications
  • undertakes the management of the formal complaint, review and appeal process, including initial assessment of complaints in order to direct them to the appropriate decision-maker.
