Formal complaints are usually more serious problems that you would like investigated.
We are committed to investigating all formal (written) complaints, in-line with the Student Complaints Management Procedure. All formal complaints will receive a formal response from USQ.
During this process, you are welcome and entitled to have the support of an Advocacy Officer from the Student Guild. When appropriate, mediation will also be offered as a means of resolving the complaint.
Remember you will not suffer any disadvantage or recrimination through raising complaints or giving feedback unless you provide untrue, malicious or vexatious information.
