What is an anonymous complaint?
USQ will consider anonymous complaints at the discretion of the accountable officer, taking into account whether:
- the nature and/or seriousness of the complaint warrants action
- there is sufficient information for the matters raised by the complaint to be investigated
- there is a statutory requirement.
All legitimate problems or concerns raised via the formal or informal complaints processes will be taken seriously.
