Anonymous complaints

What is an anonymous complaint?

USQ will consider anonymous complaints at the discretion of the accountable officer, taking into account whether:

  • the nature and/or seriousness of the complaint warrants action
  • there is sufficient information for the matters raised by the complaint to be investigated
  • there is a statutory requirement.

All legitimate problems or concerns raised via the formal or informal complaints processes will be taken seriously.

If you are unsure what to do, USQ recommends that you seek advice from the Student Guild Advocacy Service or the Director (Integrity and Professional Conduct).
