Your USQ Student ID card is your gateway to studying at USQ. Whether you are studying on-campus or online, it is important to obtain your ID card for:
- identification
- entry to exams
- building access
- printing and photocopying
- library borrowing
- public transport concessions (where available).
How do I get an ID card?
You can request a Student ID Card in person or online, a minimum of two hours after you have enrolled.
Online requests can be submitted through the Student ID card request form.
Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming the processing of your Student ID Card application within two University business days.
You can elect to have your ID Card posted to the mailing address listed in your Student Centre, or you can choose to collect your ID Card at a USQ Campus.

Renewing your Student ID

Replacing your Student ID
Replacement of any lost, stolen or destroyed cards is available at a cost of $22 inc. GST. You can pay for a Student ID card replacement online through Omnia Books & Beyond or by phoning the USQ Financial Services team on +61 7 4631 2583.
Once the payment has been successfully processed, you may then submit your request for a replacement Student ID Card in person or online. Please note that you will be required to upload a copy of your receipt of payment in order for your card to be reprinted.
