Ceremonies (Future)

Next 2024 graduation ceremonies? 

We do not recommend making any visa, travel or accommodation arrangements until you have:

1. completed your academic program, and received your Congratulations Graduand! email
2. registered online for a ceremony via the Graduate Response #2 (Deferred) 
3. and paid the AUD150 Ceremony Fee

Ceremonies take place in Toowoomba (Empire Theatres) and Ipswich (Ipswich Civic Centre), but not on UniSQ campuses. 

Registration and the AUD150 Ceremony Fee payment cannot be made after the deadline.

The maximum number of guests/graduate is 5 (excluding babies less than 12 months held on a guest's lap), and 15 per Doctoral graduate.

No additional guests tickets are available.
