Guest Tickets

To have guests at your graduation ceremony:

  • you must have registered to attend a graduation ceremony before the deadline
  • you must have paid the AUD150 Ceremony Fee before the deadline
  • ensure you are familiar with the conditions of sale (PDF 149KB)
  • ensure you are aware of the maximum number of guest tickets allowed for your ceremony
  • ensure all guests over 18 months of age have a ticket
  • Ensure you respond quickly to any excess guest ticket offer (email to your UMail) by booking additional tickets via the same process.

Before you book, please ensure you:

  • make only 1 booking for up to the maximum number of guests for your ceremony
  • use your full Student ID number ie 00xxxxxxxx (the first two numerals are zero zero, NOT upper case letter O’s)
  • your UMail address ie (the first letter must be upper case - capital ‘U’ not ‘u’)
  • the event password is: Graduation (the password is case sensitive ie the first letter must be a capital ‘G’ not ‘g’). DO NOT use your own personal password
  • use the correct ceremony link below 
  • book only during the official booking period
  • clear your cache.

After you book:

  • you will receive a Booking Confirmation email with a QR code to your UMail – this is your group ticket
  • immediately share the Booking Confirmation with your guests – print a copy, email or text them
  • remember, your booking is not viewable in your Student Centre
