Eating the right foods may help to fuel your mind the right way so that you are better able to manage stress. We have a variety of healthy choices available for you throughout the week including a live stream video on Wednesday on how to make a delicious stir fry with the USQ Residential Colleges. You can also go into the draw to win one of Jamie’s Ministry of Food Online Program – that's five 1hr classes on learning new cooking skills, making healthy recipes and gaining confidence in the kitchen. Enjoy your week and remember to eat well, drink well and live well!
