Niranjalli Wickramasinghe (2011 Master of Business Administration) considers herself an entrepreneur as well as an intrapreneur. She currently works as a Senior Manager Training & Development for a multinational life insurance company, while simultaneously managing her own venture: LEADIN – The Academy of Talent Development.
One of Niranjalli’s key passions is talent development. She strongly believes in the idea of catch them young and grow them, hence her interest in young talent development. The curricula at LEADIN ranges from performing arts to robotics to leadership development.
Niranjalli started LEADIN after completing of the entrepreneurship module of her MBA in 2010. She is the President of the Sri Lankan USQ Alumni Chapter.
