In an exciting new initiative, USQ is launching iconnect, a centralised support space designed to enhance the service we offer to students. Operating from a central point in the Refectory at the Toowoomba campus, the iconnect space will be the main information hub for Toowoomba students, and will ensure accessible, consistent, coordinated, and tailored service from 10 February 2020.
The iconnect space is being designed in partnership with students. Student ideas have provided the foundation for a collaborative and digitally supported space where students can access knowledge and services from across the University. To ensure an inclusive space, the design of iconnect will continually evolve in response to student feedback and ideas so that we can continue to satisfy our students’ needs.
iconnect will provide students with:
USQ students will become our first tier of support, employed as service concierges. These roles will be responsible for answering queries, giving advice, and providing proactive and responsive front line service. Complex queries will be referred to specialists for rapid resolution.
