The iconnect service offers you all of the services you need while studying at USQ, in one place.
Our concierges are trained to help answer your questions and work closely with your Student Relationship Officers, Faculty staff, ICT, Library staff and many others to make sure you leave with the answer you needed.
With your feedback on how we could improve USQ services, we opened our first temporary physical location in the Refectory at the Toowoomba campus in Semester 1, 2020 and we've since expanded to Springfield (Semester 3, 2020). We will launch in Ipswich in Semester 1, 2021. We're also available online via Zoom, chat and our Facebook group.
Please note: iconnect will be closed over the University shutdown period (23 December, 2020 - 3 January, 2021). However, the team will be back on deck from 4 January, 2021 to answer all of your study questions.
Connect with us through Zoom and chat
Our designated iconnect Zoom meeting room allows you to virtually speak face-to-face with your USQ support team or you can live chat with us through the chat bubbles on the USQ website.
You can access the services, Monday to Thursday from 8am - 8pm, Fridays from 8am - 5pm and on weekends from 12pm - 5pm.

USQ iconnect - our new online Facebook community
You're invited to join our new online Facebook community USQ iconnect, created especially for our students.
USQ iconnect is a group where you can interact with your peers, ask questions about study, share advice, celebrate wins, tackle challenges and support other students. Our concierges will be online helping to answer your questions and sharing advice based on their experience as USQ students.
We’re all about creating a safe and supportive online community and have created our Community Guidelines to make sure everyone knows what to expect.
To be a part of the group, all you need to do is go to www.facebook.com/groups/usqiconnect, hit ‘Join group’ and answer two easy questions so we know you're a USQ student.

We know from your feedback that sometimes finding the right place to go to get the answer you need is difficult.

You can visit us on-campus at USQ Toowoomba in the Refectory.
