Students who have completed their academic program in Business and Commerce; Creative Arts and Media; Education; Humanities and Communication; Information Technology; and Law and Justice will receive their testamur from the Chancellor in front of proud family, friends & community members
Please arrive at the Ipswich Civic Centre at least two hours prior to the ceremony. Arriving early will ensure you have enough time for registration, gowning and seating allocation prior to the ceremony.

The stage and studio photographs taken at a graduation ceremony are accessible via the Silver Rose Photography website. You will need your graduand access code supplied on ceremony day by the photographer to login, view and order. A photo sales kiosk will be available on ceremony day for immediate purchase of a stage photo.
All guests must have a ticket to access the ceremony venue. Only a graduand can book and pay for guest tickets to a ceremony, and these must be purchased online prior to ceremony day. There are no ticket sales at the venue on ceremony day.
Doors to the venue open for guest seating 1 hour prior to the ceremony.
