Kuala Lumpur Graduation Ceremony: All disciplines

Please arrive at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur Hotel at least two hours prior to the ceremony. Arriving early will ensure you have enough time for registration, gowning and seating allocation prior to the ceremony.

The Hilton Kuala Lumpur Hotel is equipped with disabled access. If you have any concerns please contact The Graduations Office in advance via E: graduations@usq.edu.au or P: 1800 007 252 or P: 07 4631 2285.

The ceremony usually takes approximately one hour, then you and your guests are invited to join USQ representatives for High Tea in the Lake Garden Foyer.

Graduands must bring their MYR300 cash security deposit to collect their academic dress, register and receive a seating card from Level 6 Sentral Ballroom A at the Hilton KL Hotel.

Graduands must be gowned and seated inside the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the start of ceremony.

The stage and studio photographs taken at a graduation ceremony are available for sale through Love & Lace Studio.

All guests must have a ticket to access the ceremony venue. Only a graduand can book and pay for guest tickets to a ceremony, and these must be purchased online prior to ceremony day. There are no ticket sales at the venue on ceremony day.

Doors to the venue open for guest seating 1 hour prior to the ceremony.
