Bookings EssentialThe McGregor participants are the next generation of Australian artists. Join them for their annual concert.
In order to ensure the safety of all attendees and university staff, the following COVID-19 related regulations will be in place during the event, in line with our relevant Risk Management Plans and COVID Safe Plans:
- All participants, including children must register their details at the time of booking.
- Booking is limited to 1 person per booking to ensure all contact details are obtained for each attendee.
- Hand sanitiser will be available inside the foyer and common spaces.
- Attendees will not be required to wear masks, but may do so if they wish
- It is requested that attendees maintain social distancing (1.5m) whilst moving around the campus and in common areas.
- If an attendee becomes ill during the performance, experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms, they will be required to leave the workshop as soon as possible so that they may seek appropriate medical attention. Attendees must advise staff if this occurs.
- If attendees fall ill or begin experiencing COVID-19 symptoms within 24 hours of attending the concert, please email creativearts@usq.edu.au.
- Unfortunately, if an attendee lives in a current hot spot as determined by Queensland Health, they will be unable to attend, again to ensure the safety of all attendees and staff.
If any of the following apply to you or any member of your booking party, you or they must not come to USQ.
- Required to self-isolate under laws aimed at reducing the spread of COVID-19
- Diagnosed as having COVID-19
- Experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms including fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath, runny nose, or loss of taste or smell
- You or a member of your household has been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
- You or a member of your household has travelled overseas in the past 14 days
- You or a member of your household has travelled to a COVID-19 hotspot in Australia in the past 14 days
The USQ Arts Theatre is located in ‘A’ block at the University of Southern Queensland Toowoomba campus, just six kilometres from Toowoomba’s city centre.

Parking
Unrestricted parking at USQ Toowoomba is free and is best found for the USQ Arts Theatre and Concert Hall in parking areas 2, 1A & 3A. Located at the top of the main drive off West Street.
Some metered parking is available on campus. Parking tickets can be purchased at the ticket dispensing machine located within the respective car park area and must be displayed on vehicles parked in a metered car parking area. Restricted parking (requiring a permit) is marked with a diagonal red line through the park.
Wheelchair Access
Patrons requiring wheelchair access can be accommodated at all performance venues. Please contact the school at the time of booking to advise us of any special requirements.
