Come to the USQ Toowoomba campus or join us online via Zoom and hear from Michael Healy, PhD student with the Australian Collaboratory for Career Employability & Learning for Living (ACCELL) at USQ, speak on the topic 'Employability - It is everyone's business'. Increasingly, employability is at the centre of discussions and debate about educational policy and practice. However, it is a slippery term that can carry many different meanings, depending on who is using it and in what context. In this workshop, we will examine what it means to be employable. We will dig into a range of factors that influence a person’s employability and discuss how educators can best help their students develop employability.

You will also hear from USQ academics and professional staff on program updates, industry insights and take part in a campus tour of some of our key facilities.

If you have any questions about the event please contact the Outreach and Events team.
