Project Zero utilises three different audit tools.
The Audit Tool - Full is designed for use by safety and wellbeing staff to conduct detailed audits of the USQ Safety Management System or individual areas.
The Audit Tool - Abridged is designed for use in all areas and for the audits to be conducted by staff members who have been given only a minimum of training. Typically it would be used by members of the Health and Safety committee or Health and Safety Representatives.
The Executive Safety Checklist is designed for executives, managers and supervisors to quickly assess their Workplace Health and Safety status to determine if urgent or immediate action is required to reduce risk or mitigate liability. It is not a replacement for an audit but serves as a quick reference tool.
