Accepting your offer
- Meet any conditions outlined in your offer letter.
- Complete and sign the offer acceptance.
- Complete and sign the financial declaration or checklist form and sponsor declaration (if applicable).
- Complete and sign any scholarship offers (if applicable).
- Submit your acceptance to your agent (if you have one), or directly to USQ.
Payment of your fees can be made once you have met all conditions outlined in your offer letter and have received a payment request from the USQ admissions team.
USQ has partnered with Flywire to streamline your deposit payment process. You can pay securely by either bank transfer or credit card. Further details of payment options are outlined in your Letter of Offer. If you have any questions or concerns please contact your education agent or email our International admissions team.
If you are studying on-campus in Australia, once USQ receives your acceptance of offer and payment, you will be provided with confirmation of your enrolment.
Please note: you will require your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) for your student visa application. An electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) will only be issued after you have submitted documents required listed under accepting your offer.
