Items at another campus library or on loan to another client can be requested using the 'Get it > Request: Loan' option in the item’s record online. Collect available items from your campus library or request home delivery.
If you live in Australia, you can select home delivery and we will post the item to you. We will process your request within 4 working days plus postage time.
The Library pays for postage to you. As part of your Student Amenities Fee, you are entitled to pre-paid return postage bags which will be included with your parcels.

Alternatively, you may return items to any of the three USQ campus libraries if that is convenient.
Under Australian Copyright Law, we can scan up to 10% (or one chapter) from books or one journal article per issue, from print resources held at USQ Library.
Students can request scans of print material in our collection via Library Search. Place your request using the ‘Get it > Request: Scan’ option in the item’s record online. We will process your request within 3 working days. Scans are sent via email as PDF documents.
Staff members can use the Interlibrary Loan form to request a scanned copy. Please tell us if your request is from the USQ collection by adding a note in the Comments box.
We can help you obtain items not held in the USQ Library collection.
During Semester 2, 2020, interlibrary loans of physical items are not available due to COVID-19. Electronic document delivery of articles or chapters is available. Please note copyright limitations apply to these requests.

Please note you are only charged or the quota debited if we are successful in obtaining the item. Some interlibrary loans are more expensive to obtain such as theses, overseas loans, and items required urgently.
