Abstract:
Leadership is important. Great leadership is even more important. Despite the ever-expanding abundance of resources on the topic of leadership, when we look around the world it can sometimes be difficult to find examples of truly inspirational leadership. What makes a great leader?
In this presentation, the “Anatomy of Leadership” will be surgically dissected to provide a paradigm that encourages a discussion about the role of personal values in the development of inspirational leadership that truly makes a difference.
