Dr Paul Melloy, Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Centre for Crop Health, USQ, will present on Fusarium pathogens being arguably one of the most important and challenging fungal pathogens to study.
This seminar will touch on the difficulty for farmers in managing crop diseases cause by Fusarium spp., researchers who classify & identify & how Fusarium crown rot in wheat may become more problematic in a future with elevated CO2.
