This study will address the gap in the literature regarding talent management practices in the Jordanian telecommunication industry and the influence of talent management practices on the performance of employees. The target population consists of all employees’ working in the Jordanian telecommunication industry. The study is based on a mixed method approach by adopting sequential exploratory design research in two phases. The study will have theoretical, methodological, policy and practice significance.
