Advances in technology and digital marketing are creating opportunities for real estate companies to connect and interact with consumers to influence consumer buying behaviour. Despite the significant impact that digital marketing has made on the real estate industry, it is not being used to its full potential, and the levels of consumer trust toward digital marketing are not fully understood. Businesses need to understand consumer behaviour because it is the key to marketing success, particularity through the use of digital marketing tools. This study will investigate digital marketing factors that influence the buying behaviour of real estate consumers.
