An important aim of the USQ Education SIG is to enhance the university’s ERA performance in FoR 13 through high quality publications, competitive grants and HDR completions.
The USQ Education SIG Executive have been focussing on building upon areas of existing strength, including areas in which there has been significant external funding success. Recently a call was made to the university community to early career and mid-academic staff to apply for an Education SIG Fellowship of up to $8000 to develop and submit high quality journal articles and competitive funding applications.
We cordially invite the USQ academic community to attend the official launch of the USQ Education SIG and to celebrate with the recipients of the Education SIG Fellowships, which will be announced by Professor Peter Terry during this time.
Light refreshments will be served.
