This presentation will cover the topic of Metabolomics and how it is used in metabolic phenotyping of Plants. An overview of Metabolomics along with the associated challenges it presents and the various approaches used in Metabolomics will be discussed. This includes discovery workflows and Mass Spectrometry imaging.
