Dynamic Brain Connectivity Analysis Based on EEG in Complex Brain Network
Human brain contains a large amount of neurons connecting to each other, therefore, forming a large and complex network. It is fundamentally important to map network connectivity of brain systems for understanding functions and dysfunctions of human brain. EEG is a popular and widely used measurement technique for extracting information from brain , and EEG also is a non-invasive nerve discharge detection technology with millisecond-level high time resolution. Five main objectives will be achieve in this PhD project which are Improving dynamic analysis, developing casual information in connectivity, expanding whole brain effective connectivity, overcoming volume conduction problem and solving directionalities problem of connectivity analysis respectively.
