This seminar examines the pressure points and impacts that COVID 19 will inflict upon the Australian construction industry, and what the key contractual focus areas should be to meet the demands upon it in the years ahead. It is a call to action for all participants – particularly those who influence the contract development and administration – to embrace positive change such that COVID 19 could be the cure to the poor health of Australian construction.

Kevin Pascoe - Kevin has a Master’s degree in Construction Law from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Queensland University of Technology, and a Professional Certificate in Arbitration from the University of Adelaide.
