Overview

During your studies you will learn about wine science, viticulture, wine making and wine appraisal and more. It's not all theory in the classroom. You will receive practical training and attend Residential Schools at USQ's Queensland College of Wine Tourism (QCWT) which is situated right in the heart of the Granite Belt Wine region in Stanthorpe. The Sensory Analysis Residential School will see you participate as a steward and associate judge in a major regional wine show.

Before long, you too might be making prize-winning wine like USQ wine technology student Peter McGlashan from Ridgemill Estate winery.
