Why Business Leadership?

Global demand is booming for business professionals with specific skills in leadership and change management. USQ’s Master of Business Administration International (Business Leadership) will provide you with the professional frameworks necessary for successful business leadership across the world. During your studies you will explore the complexities of international management, team leadership and how to become an adaptive and authentic leader within contemporary organisations. Key parts of the business leadership specialisation include corporate governance, ethical practices, strategic change and the application of leadership principles in practice.

As a graduate, your knowledge of international business practices will allow you take on roles such as international marketing director, finance analyst, multinational manager, business development director, international trade and customs manager, international CEO or General Manager, and cross cultural business consultant.

Entry Requirements

  • Completion of an Australian university Bachelor degree in any area, or equivalent 
    plus
  • a minimum of one year professional work experience in business, or equivalent.

English Language Requirements

You are required to satisfy the applicable English language requirements. This program requires a minimum of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.

If you do not meet the English language requirements you may apply to study a University-approved English language program.

Credit for previous study or work experience

If you have previously studied in your home country, you may be eligible for credit to reduce the number of courses that you need to study to finish your program.
