- Develop a broader perspective and learn to assess the design, implementation and effectiveness of current regulation in Australia with USQ’s Master of Laws (Public Law).
- Select courses covering constitutional human rights, the responsibilities of the government and its representatives, European Union law, or comparative constitutional law.
- The flexible course structure may give you the opportunity to select either a second major or an additional four courses from other Master of Laws majors, including Commercial Law, Comparative Law, International Law, and Sustainable Development.
- A significant component of your degree will be research-based. You will become proficient in legal research, advanced legal writing and critical thinking through a series of guided research projects.
Successful completion of the Master of Laws (International Law) will qualify you to apply for PhD entry.
