Designed for Years 7 -12 students with an interest in Science, particularly Food Science, these workshops allow teams of students to investigate the three different pizza components - dough, tomato paste and mozzarella cheese and investigate the many physical, chemical and microbiological processes that go into creating the base ingredients of pizza.
