This series, facilitated by senior lecturer Dr Daryl Sparkes will be held over four weeks on a Thursday afternoon, starting Thursday 11 June 2020.  These workshops are designed to stand on their own, allowing year 10, 11 and 12 students the opportunity to take control of their own learning journey by attending individual workshops or all four in the series.

Workshop 1: Script writing

Learn the basics of writing a screenplay for your own blockbuster film.  This workshop will cover story, characters, the 3-Act structure and much more.

Have you always wondered how to get a film together? What are the elements your going to need to make a really professional, high quality short? Find out what to do with it when it's finished!

Workshop 3: Reality TV Workshop

Reality TV is EVERYWHERE! It's the highest rating television and it's going to get bigger. So, what are the tricks to developing a reality TV show? How do you get it the TV executives interested?  We tell you all the tricks!
