Show Description
As the threat of the supernatural looms over the sleepy town of Salem, no one is safe. Neighbours turn on neighbours, friends turn on friends, and a community is torn apart on the strength of words alone.
Arthur Miller’s iconic exploration of blind faith, mob mentality, and the of the unknown continues to pose the question as to whether we are on the right side of history.
Join Company 2020 for their final production, as we reach the melting point of the destructive union of the Church and State in 1692 Salem.
Arthur Miller is one of the most prolific American playwrights and essayistsOf the 20th Century. Among his most popular and successful plays are All My Sons (1947), Death of a Salesman (1949), The Crucible (1953), and A View From The Bridge (1955). Miller’s career as a writer spanned over several decades, and his works are considered to be amongst the most influential of his time.
