Short programs

At USQ, we have introduced a number of new short programs as part of the Federal Government's Higher Education relief package to provide you with the opportunity to gain new skills and knowledge, and set you on a path to employment or further study.

All these discounted* programs are completely online, giving you the flexibility to learn from the comfort of your own home.

Each certificate consists of four courses and is delivered over Semester 2, 2020 - starting in July!

Why study a short program?

USQ has developed twenty undergraduate and graduate certificate programs across a variety of priority areas, for a fraction of the usual cost of study and HECS-HELP is available if you are an Australian citizen, a holder of a Permanent Humanitarian Visa, and a New Zealand citizen who meets all of the long term residency requirements.

When you have completed all four courses, you will receive a USQ qualification and new skills and knowledge to provide security in a current role or help transition into a new career.

In some cases, there is also the option to continue studying towards a Bachelor degree and the units will be credited towards that qualification. This can dramatically reduce the cost of a Bachelor degree.

How to apply

You can apply directly to USQ for these new Undergraduate or Postgraduate Certificates now, and it is free to apply!

Get in quick however as these programs are only available at the discounted* rate for Semester 2, 2020.

Applications for Semester 2 close Friday 24 July, with Semester 2 commencing on Monday 13 July, 2020.
