Joseph Duke Memorial Bursary

Applicants must:

• be an Australian Citizen or have permanent resident status 
• be either a commencing or continuing a degree with a music major in Semester 1 2019
• be enrolled in a minimum of 3 study units in Semester 1 
• be studying on-campus, external or online.

Students from, or who have relocated to study from an outer regional, remote or very remote area within Australia (according to the Australian Standard Geographic Classification (ASGC) - refer Doctor Connect map), will be given preference.

Applicants must:

• submit a personal statement (one page minimum) outlining: 
  • your educational aims 
  • your aspirations and career goals for the future
• provide evidence of academic achievement e.g. high school report card or post-secondary academic history (transcript of results), as applicable 
• demonstrate a history of involvement within your school, extracurricular activities or within your local community
• provide evidence of financial hardship as directed in the application form.

• please provide proof of residence (refer to application form)
