submit a personal statement (one page minimum) outlining:
your educational aims
your aspirations and career goals for the future
provide evidence of academic achievement as directed in the application process:
commencing students – high school report card or post-secondary academic history (transcript of results) from outside USQ, e.g. school, TAFE etc.
continuing students – unofficial academic transcript current as at the date of scholarship application (Final GPA will be confirmed by Scholarships Office at release of results)
demonstrate a history of involvement within your school, extracurricular activities or within your local community.
provide evidence of financial hardship as directed in the application process.
*Preference will be given to students from regional or remote areas. If you meet this criteria and wish this to be taken into consideration when assessing your application you must:
provide evidence to show you have a permanent address in, or have relocated to study from an outer regional, remote or very remote area within Australia according to the Australian Statistical Geographic Standard Remoteness Areas 2016 Classification - refer Doctor Connect map
